> **Marketing site only.** These terms govern visitors to the public `itsbubbe.com` marketing site. They do not govern patients using the Bubbe payment application — those patients are bound by the Terms of Service published by their healthcare provider, which is separate.

## 1. Who we are

## 2. What this site is

`itsbubbe.com` is the marketing site for **Bubbe**, a patient-payment application that STL licenses to private psychotherapy practices. Information on this site is for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site is a contract for the Bubbe service; the Bubbe service is provided to a practice under a separate written services agreement.

## 3. No healthcare relationship

STL is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical or mental-health advice, and does not enter into a treatment relationship with anyone through this site. If you are a patient looking to pay your therapist, this is not the site you use — your therapist will email you a personal link.

## 4. No PHI on this site

Do not send protected health information ("PHI") to STL through this site, through the contact form, or by email. This site is not a HIPAA-covered intake channel. If you are a healthcare provider interested in Bubbe, contact us first to arrange a Business Associate Agreement before sharing any PHI.

## 5. Permitted use

You may view this site for your personal or business informational purposes. You may not (a) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site; (b) use any automated means to scrape or crawl the site at a rate that imposes an unreasonable load; (c) use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; or (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or proprietary techniques from the site.

## 6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, the "Bubbe" character, the room art, video, code, and any associated marks — is owned by STL or licensed to STL, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The trade name "Bubbe" as used in connection with this product, the Bubbe character design, and the Bubbe room art are STL's marks and may not be used without written permission.

You may quote brief passages of text for editorial or commentary purposes consistent with U.S. fair use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial portions of the site or any of its assets.

## 7. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites or services. STL does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience only.
